Convenient for travel and sketching, the compact Mini Paintbox has a removable paint pan tray  fitted with 12 empty half pans, which can be filled with your choice of paints or replaced with commercially available pre-filled half pans.  The Mini stores neatly in the included clip-on water container.  The paints and brush shown in the photo are for illustration only.

The inside of the lid is divided into two separate mixing areas, and the inner flap consists of a generous well. Each Mini Paintbox is furnished with a thumb ring and sturdy cloth travel pouch as standard.

Each box is hand constructed of  0.5 mm brass, with solid brass hinges and stainless steel paint pan tray.  The interior is primed and finished with durable white polymer.  With time and use, the polished brass finish will develop a warm bronze patina.  If you want to maintain the bright finish, you may do so with a soft cloth and mild metal polish.

The Mini Paintbox measures 2.6 x 2.6 x 1.0 inches 66 x 66 x 25 mm) and weighs just 5.6 ounces (159 grams). It holds removable 12 half pans. When fully opened it measures 2.75 x 8 inches (70 x 203mm)
